Recipe Raccoon is a software service for personal recipe management, pantry planning, meal planning, AI-assisted cooking, recipe repair, and related kitchen workflows.
The service is a cooking assistant. It is not a professional food safety, nutrition, medical, dietary, or allergen-advice service.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address available for transactional notices such as verification, password reset, subscription, security, and service messages.
The Free plan lets you use the app with your own supported AI provider key. If you use Free with bring-your-own-key access, you are responsible for your own provider account, provider terms, rate limits, and provider charges.
The Pro plan provides managed AI access through Recipe Raccoon and is billed through Stripe. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles card details and payment processing. You can cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Partial-month refunds are not automatic. Refunds may be offered at our discretion or where required by law. If payment fails, access may be downgraded, paused, or cancelled after a reasonable grace period.
If prices change, we will give reasonable notice before the change applies to existing paid subscribers.
AI-generated recipes, meal plans, substitutions, timings, and suggestions may be wrong, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You must review outputs before cooking, check allergens and dietary restrictions, and follow appropriate food safety practices.
You remain responsible for cooking temperatures, storage times, ingredient safety, and any health-related choices.
You keep ownership of your recipes, notes, preferences, pantry data, meal plans, and other content you add. You give Recipe Raccoon a limited licence to store, process, display, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to operate and improve the service for you.
We do not claim ownership of your recipes for advertising, resale, or model training.
You must not abuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, scrape or overload the service, interfere with security, upload unlawful material, or use the service in a way that infringes other people's rights.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or remove features, especially during early product development. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid subscribers.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, security concerns, or serious violation of these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
